We assist clients in the filing of complaints with the Chicago Commission on Human Relations, the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Council (EEOC). If an individual is not able to achieve a satisfactory outcome after filing a complaint with these entities, the next step is the filing of a complaint in state or federal court. We have obtained significant damages on behalf of clients as the result of filing suit against employers, both before a trial is conducted or after a trial and a finding of liability.
