Katherine J. Eder
Professional Activities:
Katie advises and represents clients in a broad range of employment law areas. She regularly appears before both state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Chicago Commission on Human Relations.
Katie's practice focuses upon counseling and litigation in connection with claims of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations and other related matters. She also defends employers against charges filed with the EEOC and state and local fair employment agencies.
Katie has also had experience with commercial and insurance litigation and breach of contract matters.
